GMA 7 DENIED BUYOUT

GMA 7 DENIED THE 500 BILLION OFFER OF MVP!

GMA 7 THROUGH ITS REPRESENTATIVE  WROTE A LETTER TO THE SEC AND PHILIPPINE EXCHANGE DENYING ANY OFFER COMING FROM MVP.

MANNY PANGILINAN OFFERED 500 BILLION TO BUY GMA?

Manny V. Pangilinan. The businessman who acquired TV5, Araneta Coliseum, Philex Mining, 6 Huge Hospitals and Sun Cellular. He also plans to buy PAL. But what is most intriguing is his plan of acquiring GMA-7 as well.
Meron pa raw kasing pamilya na hindi kumbinsido, o dili kaya‘y nagho-hold out for a better deal. Pero sa lumulutang na figures, mukhang mahirap nang matapatan ang offer ni MVP. Abangan! - Philippine Entertainment Portal
Ruffa Gutierrez: Guess what MVP is buying next?? Found out last week through a little birdy but the few people I told didn't believe me. Now its CONFIRMEDDD.

  • Shanti Sena: Monopoly 101 l RT @SagadaSun: ((Trending in PH)) GMA 7 and MVP Is there a pattern of predatory shopping going on here?
  • Carlo Ople: RT @arnoldgamboa If GMA 7 is number one, why would the owners sell a supposedly richly earning company to MVP? #justaskin'
  • Ralph Renz Samoy: Manny Pangilinan buying GMA 7? It won't be a shocker if he buys the Government next.
  • Mark Louie Trinidad: GMA 7 is TRENDING! MVP of TV5 will buy GMA 7 for 500 Billion pesos? @cesarapolinario @Karadavid @marizumali
  • Joey Trinidad: Will the stock price of GMA 7 go high today because of the rumor about MVP merger?
  • Michael Biando: Ok, so MVP of TV 5 has decided to buy GMA 7. So Kapuso becomes Kapusod after the merger? Lol.
  • Weng Mutia: @AbetRodriguez hello, kuya. Under negotiations daw ang pagbili ng gma 7 ni mvp. Tapos nabasa ko sa tweet ni carlos celdran, pati PAL. Yaman.
  • Dean Jorge Bocobo: @Mango_Queen Rumor has it that MVP decided to buy out GMA 7 to rival ABSCBN after Mike Enriquez asked him at adcon how long TV5 wudb No.3 ?!
  • Jamie Well: One of my observations is most of the talents and tv anchors of TV5 came from GMA 7 anyway. If ever, it'll be a good merge afterall.

Forever 21 rigorously vets plans for prospective merchandise from more than 2,000 original design manufacturers located around Los Angeles, and it takes anything from one to six weeks to order a new product and dispatch it to stores. The company’s image for made-in-the-USA merchandise produced in Californian factories is one of its sales points. MANNY PACQUIAO'S PAC VAN

Do you wonder what was Jinkee's birthday gift to her husband world’s best pound-for-pound boxer Manny Pacquiao on his 33rd birthday last December 17?

Jinkee gave Manny a highly modified Hyundai County.

Multi-awarded car customizer Atoy Llave of Atoy Customs was secretly commissioned by
Jinkee for the Hyundai County van project. It was the newest addition to the Pacman’s fleet of pricey vehicles.

The Hyundai County is a minibus designed by Hyundai Motor Co.’s Jeonju Design center primarily as a tourist and inner city transport to compete with Toyota’s Coaster minibus. Its round sleek features make it more appealing than other commercial vehicles and most of the customization cannot be seen because of heavily tinted glass windows and sunshades.

THE WHOLE Hyundai County was stripped of its interior and re-laid out to accommodate creature comforts one can only find in bigger motorhomes and custom trailer vans.

The van is designed as a local transport to get Manny around town where he can feel secure and with enough room for his security detail.

It has a large-screen LCD TV and mobile entertainment system, a washroom complete with a toilet watercloset, folding bed and a mini private chamber which can also serve as his resting area.

Aside from the Hyundai County, Atoy was also commissioned to customize Pacquiao’s other two vans the Ford E-150 van and the Dodge Ram El Capitan.

Both had undergone extensive interior refurbishment and customizations including new color-coordinated leather interiors, mobile entertainment setup, and instead of the usual carpet treatments, Hornitex laminated wooden floors were used to give it a clean and practically maintenance-free finish.

Atoy shopped all the premium materials from interior finishing materials to the sidewalls, flooring and even the toilet fixtures from CW Home Depot in Ortigas and Balintawak.

Atoy said that he liked the clean and warm feeling you get when you get into the van that it is as if you are stepping inside your house.

Welcome
