Edsa Shangri-La Manila

The wedding banquet of my cousin was held at Edsa Shangri-La Manila last Sunday, May 27, 2012. Good Food plus good people equals good times. Everybody had a blast.

Fasten your seat belt and let's start the food roll. Be blown away by this menu.
First on the menu is the Seafood Roll. It is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Yummy!! Everybody on the table just love this seafood roll.
The seafood roll was followed by Pomelo in wasabi sauce. Refreshingly delicious! I love this!
Scallop dumpling is also very tasty.
This Fried Soft shell crab in pork floss was not a hit at our table but still it looks delicious..
King prawn coated with cornflakes. It was so yummy it was gone in a flash ha ha ha.
My cousins and I were joking around looking for milk when we saw the corn flakes ha ha ha! Wherever we go cornflakes always remind us of breakfast and milk, right?
I simply love this Braised four treasure soup with crabmeat.
Seafood fried rice in lotus leaves.
This was so yummy! I love it!

By this time, I am so full I wasn't able to taste this Pan-fried cod fish in light sauce.
Sauteed beef tenderloin in black pepper sauce.
Very interesting Chicken in money bag.
Lotus bun looks like mini-siopao but has sweet fillings inside.
Dessert was Chilled mango pudding. It was so hard to get a great shot with the kind of lighting they have at Isla Ballroom.

I love the mango pudding though. It was so yummy!

Verdict: Yummylecious!  5 star

Congratulations and Best Wishes to the newly wed.
