Ramgen Revilla - Janelle Manahan Private Video

Ramgen Revilla - Janelle Manahan Private Video

Janelle's lawyer Argee Guevarra accused the slain actor’s immediate family as the ones behind the uploading of the private video. Saying that the video represents the second assassination of Ramgen and second frustrated murder of Janelle orchestrated and masterminded by the Bautista household.

According to her lawyer Manahan “confirms” she is the woman in a video showing her and Revilla in the bathroom.

Janelle Manahan was distraught when she learned that her private video with boyfriend Ram Revilla (Ramgen Bautista in real life) spread like wildfire on the internet just before the end of the year 2011.  Janelle was really shocked and cried after learning through social networking sites Facebook and Twitter on Thursday that someone has uploaded the video.

Atty. Guevarra alleged that one of the younger siblings of Revilla had been blackmailing Janelle through Facebook messages. “She was told ‘you are not clean ate Janelle".

"Only someone with an access to the Bautista’s computer can upload the video. That video was stored in Ramgen’s computer and later transferred to one of the computers of the Bautista household" said Atty. Guevarra

The one who uploaded the video on You Tube has turned access to the video into private mode. Before said video became private, I was able to see said video that he uploaded on You Tube and found that it does not contain any private act or kissing scenes at all. People must have interpreted the video as containing private acts when there is really none. Maybe the video I saw is different from the other videos uploaded on Facebook before 2011 ends.

GMA KAPUSO FOUNDATION'S STATEMENT REGARDING CABARO INCIDENT

Repost: GMA-7 KAPUSO FOUNDATION DISCRIMINATED MUSLIM SENDONG EVACUEES!
Today a bunch of "so called KAPUSO volunteers" went to Hinaplanon Cabaro.. supposed to be they are going to distribute relief goods to those people who were affected by the catastrophe of Bagyong Sendong, and when they got there and seen that most of the people lining up or lets just say waiting for the goods to be given or distributed are mostly Muslim people, they backed out!!!
opoh! taga iligan city aq na muslim tinamaan din kami sa baranggay hinaplanon nakita namin ang sasakyan ng GMA with a truck of relief goods nang makita nila puro muslim ng back out cla.. ang baranggay hinaplanon ang isa sa pnaka grabeng tinamaan ng baha.. ang baranggay pa naman namin ay kapuso certified talga kasi malakas ang station nila samin pero ngaun?never!!!!! ganyan pala ang kapuso! o karelihiyon lang?

The Official Statement of the GMA Kapuso Foundation

The GMA Kapuso Foundation wishes to state that no racial or religious discrimination took place in Cabaro. The GMAKF relief operations team wanted to prioritize giving to areas that haven’t or hardly received assistance. It so happened that the team that conducted a feeding activity in Cabaro is the same team that was to distribute relief goods in another affected area that lies at the farthest end of the town and has not been given any assistance whatsoever. We are deeply saddened that the decision of the team leader not to give relief goods in Cabaro resulted to the GMAKF being perceived as unsympathetic to the Muslims, something that is unacceptable to us given our long history of providing serbisyong totoo even in far-flung and conflict-ridden areas just to reach our Muslim brothers and sisters in need.

We would never do anything that would ruin the respect we have earned from our Muslim brothers and sisters all these years. This is evident as early as 2003 when we built several Kapuso classrooms across war-torn Pikit, North Cotabato. Since then and twice a year thereafter, our Kapuso teams are able to reach even the remotest communities to provide school supplies before the school year opens and again during Christmastime to distribute noche buena packages for both Muslim and Christian children. In fact, we are very careful in being culturally sensitive in that we see to it that the packages we distribute in Mindanao would only contain Jalal products.

Just to mention one more incident (and there are so many), in May this year, two of our staff nearly died when the truck that would bring school supplies to Muslim children in Basilan fell off a ravine. Bruised and shaken, this nearly fatal accident didn’t stop the Kapuso staff from looking for other means to go ahead with their mission. Back in Manila, these Kapuso staff tearfully recounted how they instantly forgot their traumatic experience upon seeing the smiles on the faces of the Muslim children who thankfully received our presents that were painstakingly brought through all means possible: plane, ship, truck, banca, borne by a horse or by our very backs—all these to prove that as Kapuso, we genuinely care and have consistently shown our concern for the Muslims and their plight.

Many of these experiences of our Kapuso staff and volunteers are not and will never be seen on TV but they remain etched in the hearts of countless Muslim brothers and sisters. This incident will not deter us from our mission to help. If anything, it has only intensified and renewed in us the commitment to be there for the Muslims whom we have always prioritized in serving.

For whatever hurt this recent incident that rose from miscommunication has caused anyone, the GMA Kapuso Foundation expresses its sincerest regret.

Celine Acut's Facebook Post against Sendong Victims in Mindanao

Screen capture of supposed Facebook posts have gone viral, angering Filipinos and fueling their drive to help victims of tropical storm "Sendong" (international name Washi).

The posts were supposedly written by a certain Celine Acut, a Filipino living in France, and a certain Van Carumba, a Cebu native living in the United Arab Emirates.

“According to the news, almost all of the victims are poor families, so its better that they all die this early…whats the point of living a life which is full of hunger, at least they are now resting with peace..they are worthless, they are unproductive and their lives has no value at al.. they are just making more problems to the society so as i said its better that they have died this early.. they don’t desserve a chance to live because they are poor, they are not VIP anyways,” Acut’s first post said.

“I even wish sendong to come back and flash away those remaining poor families over there,” said her second post.

Van Carumba, meanwhile, posted on December 19, “Buti nangyari yan sa CDO (Cagayan de Oro)…Di pa namamatay lahat ng tao jan.” One person commented on her post, saying “Wag ka naman ganyan, di lahat ng taga-Cagayan de Oro may kasalanan sayo.”
An screen capture of a post written by Van Carumba on Facebook. It has been shared almost 600 times as of press time.
Acut’s Facebook profile has since been deleted, but the page was cached by Google on December 20. Screen captures of her profile posted online show that she studied at Mindanao State University-Iligan; lives in Le Petit-Paris, France and is engaged.

Carumba’s Facebook page is still active, but all her wall posts have been hidden aside from the controversial one she posted on Monday.

Acut and Carumba are now the subject of angry posts on social networking sites such as Twitter and Tumblr, and the screen captures of their posts have been posted on several blogs as of press time. Pages have even been created on Facebook specifically to bash them.

One page on Acut had 1,544 likes, while the other had only 138. A page dedicated to Van Carumba had 451 likes as of press time.

Neither Acut nor Carumba could be reached for comment.

It is not certain if Acut is a real person or a figure created by people seeking to involve others in efforts to help the victims of tropical storm Sendong.

According to Camama Marwah from the Registrar’s Office of the Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology, they have no records of a Celine Acut graduating from their school.

Online searches of her name yielded only social networking site links to the screen captures of her posts, and a search in French phone directories such as Pages Blanches and 118218.fr also came up negative.
Celine Acut's Facebook page, cached December 20, 2011. The account has been deleted.
