MO TWISTER VIDEO ON RHIAN RAMOS' ABORTION?

Mo Twister and Rhian Ramos chose fame & money over life?  If that is true that's really sad.

We don't know them personally and we don't know what the real score is between the two of them. And maybe they'll say that we don't have any right to judge them.

Though all of this brouhaha started when Mo Twister allegedly tweeted scandalous details about a former girl friend allegedly referring to Rhian Ramos.

LEAKED VIDEO OF MO TWISTER TALKING ABOUT RHIAN RAMOS ALLEGED ABORTION ALLEGEDLY DONE IN SINGAPORE.

"Its 28th of July 2010, First time I'm doing this. I don't event know why. Um, Maybe one day you'll watch this. Just remember how horrible of a day it is. You're in Singapore, You've been crying all evening because tomorrow morning, You and Rhian will go to the hospital here and get rid our baby. It doesn't matter naman what I think about it because this was her choiice. I don't know how long you'll keep this as a souvenir, but this is the test (Whisper) This is wrong. This is the hardest thing (Crying) This is the hardest thing you've gone through before and you've gone through so much. And we have to blame our jobs for this"

"This industry that judges you for these things. This business has made her believe that we have to take the life of our own child because no one will forgive her for this. That this job will ruin her, so we agreed that we'd come here and get it done. Because you love her and you just want her to be okay. Its not like Rhian is having an easy time with this too. Its hard on all of us. She said one day we will see this again. And maybe our jobs will be a little bit easier and more accepting about it. One day you'll look at this video, 20 years from now, I don't even know if you will still be together and it will still hurt. It will still hurt like hell. (Crying) You'll be sorry for this your whole life. I'll be sorry for this my whole life. I'm sorry for the bad choice we are about to make. Its hard for both of us"

"Nobody wants to do this. I know other celebrities have been able to succeed after this problem, if it is even a problem, I don't know if it's a problem. But you know, her parents are tough on her. Her station, her channel, her manager is so tough on her that it has made her feel that having this baby, is just no other option. I know Rhian is young. Maybe one day when we're older, when she is older, that we won't have to go through this. I don't blame her. The pressure on her is so great. That I know she feels like she has no choice. So this is not your fault Rhian. Its not. I know how hard it is to be you in here, In this situation."

"Its July 28, 2010 and I'm sitting inside the hotel. The Ritz-Carlton in Singapore and we've been fighting all night about this. I'm doing my best to try to keep you safe. And all this fighting is taking a toll on us. I wish we could have this child. I don't want to do this. This job is so difficult. Its so difficult. I'm so sorry. I'll be sorry forever. Again, one day you'll watch this. Maybe when you're an old man. You'll remember how difficult today was. And I hope you watch this and I hope by that time, I'll be married and I'll have a family that I can try to make it up to. You're going to do something really wrong today. I'm sorry for that. This is business is so so hard. This business is so hard on its employees. I guess all bussinesses are. I don't know. It's our fault I know. We can't really blame our jobs because other people did it. But um, I understand."

GMA ASSASINATION PLOT CODE: PUT THE LITTLE GIRL TO SLEEP?

MANILA, Philippines – Elena Bautista-Horn, a spokesperson for Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, revealed on Wednesday a possible threat on the life of the former President. According to Horn, a source from a certain government agency talked to them a few days ago and told them about a so-called operation "Put the Little Girl to Sleep," being cooked allegedly by the Aquino administration.

“May mga nagsumbong na naman po sa amin na nasa administrasyon ngayon na may mga masamang balakin. Mayroon sila ngayong operation called ‘Put The Little Girl To Sleep.’ Ni-report na po sa amin ‘yan kaya kami ay nababahala kasi nakikita naman natin kung gaano ang insistence ni [Justice] Secretary [Leila] de Lima at [Comelec] Chairman [Sixto] Brillantes na ang dating Pangulo ay iligay sa government hospital,” said Horn.

According to their source, Mrs. Arroyo should be careful in the food being served and the medications being administered to her. Horn stated they consider the source as highly reliable that they decided to share the information to the media. She also said

They are unsure though if they should ask for added security from the Philippine National Police (PNP). Arroyo lawyers are also discussing if they should raise the matter on Thursday at the Pasay Regional Trial Court (RTC) hearing.

The Pasay RTC Branch 112 will hear on Thursday the motion requesting hospital arrest for Mrs. Arroyo, who was charged and arrested last November 18 for electoral sabotage of the 2007 elections.

Contractual Worker to get benefits, 13th month pay etc.

New Rule on Contractual Employment
Samuel P. Medenilla | Tempo, December 1, 2011

MANILA, Philippines – Amid the proliferation of companies outsourcing their services to contractors, the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) issued a new department order (DO), which will professionalize contractual workers.

Labor and Employment Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz said during a media forum Tuesday at DoLE’s head office in Manila at least 200,000 contractual workers from 2,624 contractors, subcontractors, and cooperatives will benefit from the new provision of Department Order No. 18-A, Series of 2011.

This will address the clamor of the labor sector to clarify government policy on contractual employment so that they could be assured this will not be used to circumvent the compliance of employers to labor standards - Sec. Rosalinda Baldoz said.

Under the DO No. 18-A, contractors, subcontractors and cooperatives are required to provide their workers with benefits similar to their regular counterparts. “The new D.O. will promote employment and encourage full compliance with minimum wages and general labor standards, including safe and healthful conditions of work, security of tenure, and self-organization and collective bargaining agreement,“ Baldoz said. It will also entitle them to social security benefits, which includes membership to SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-ibig.

The new order will also impose stricter requirements for contractors, subcontractors, and cooperatives to ensure only qualified companies will be able to operate. These include a P3 million paid capital to operate, possession of necessary tools and work prem ises to deliver their service, an employer-employee relationship with their workers, a PR25,000 registration fees, and the inclusion of a mandatory 10 percent administrative fee in their service contracts.

It will also require contractors, sub-contractors, and cooperatives to honor the full extent of the service contract with a company, which will prevent them from cutting the services of their workers in short periods per year. “These new provisions aim to weed out fly-by-night contractors and subcontractors. It will also end short term employment schemes like endo (end of contract) or 5-5-5 (five-month, fivemonth duration),“ Baldoz said.

She said the D.O. will become effective on Dec. 5, which is 15 days after it has been published in a national newspaper last Nov. 19. Companies, which will not be able to comply with these requirements, will have its licenses cancelled.
