As a Philhealth member, your monthly contribution is only Php100.00 that is Php300.00 per quarter until September 28, 2012, or just before October 1, 2012.


PHILHEALTH PROMO:

•  Avail of the old rate of Php100 per month before October 1, 2012. 

(Magbayad gamit ang dating rate na isangdaan piso bawat buwan hanggang bago mag ika-isa ng Oktobre, 2012)

• You have an option to pay your contributions in advance for the whole year until 2013 for only Php 100 per month.

(Pwede mong bayaran ng advance ang iyong kontribusyon gamit ang old rate hanggang sa buong taon ng 2013.)
