PASEO GALLERY

Art Exhibits always fascinates me. I remember when I was a child I used to paint using pastel as my medium. I even used crayons and water colors and even paint.

When we went to Baguio I had a great time at Ben Cab's Museum. We even met his youngest daughter. Visiting art exhibits in museum and gallery broaden my horizon. We also met Sanso during the ribbon cutting of one of his art exhibits. I am looking forward meeting talented artist in the future to come.

Finding cheap Turkey holidays

For anyone who has never taken the chance to visit Turkey the country can seem perhaps a little mysterious and it can be difficult to decide where to start searching for the perfect destination.

The truth is that Turkey is so vast, varied and vibrant that you can never be quite sure of what to expect until you take the plunge. So get out there and experience Turkey for yourself.

The good news is that there are dozens and perhaps hundreds of cheap Turkey holidays available online right now from fully reputable and respected tour operators.

From a tourist perspective that means you could be soaking up the sun on some of the Mediterranean or the Aegean's most stunningly beautiful beaches for a matter of just a few hundred pounds per person for a week.

Should you make it out there you'll find yourself and your party being warmly welcomed and there are hotels, apartment complexes and resorts now tailor-made to meet the needs of families of all sizes and composition.

And the natural wonders don't end with the beaches either because the mountains and forests are just as amazing and if you're interested in scenic walks or cycle rides you could hardly be in a more perfect environment.

The same could be said for water sports as well, with Turkey having established a reputation as one of the best countries in the Med for visitors to take the plunge in that regard as well.

The south-western coast of Turkey is the most popular with sun-seeking tourists primarily because the weather is amazing and the landscapes reach right into the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea.

There are some wonderful places to visit in that particular part of the world but nowhere better than Dalaman. You can bag yourself bargain Dalaman holidays right now by carrying out a basic online search and checking out the latest offers.

DJ Mo Twister trended the hashtag #Charice and PempengcoSexTape

DJ Mo Twister (Mohan Gumatay) is notorious for creating buzz.. DJ Mo Twister is almost always successful in trying to stay in the public eye even though he is no longer in the Philippines.

DJ Mo Twister is in the news again lately because of DJ Mojo accusing him of being “fraudulent, physically and verbally abusive”.

Second, DJ Mo Twister and his fellow Good Times co-hosts Tin Gamboa and Mia Bayuga on Magic 89.9 decided to trend a cruel joke on Twitter.  They decided to use the hashtag #charicepempengcosextape ( Charice Pempengco Sex Tape ).  The hashtag trended nationwide for several hours and actually generated a response from Charice herself.
“@djmotwister you are…unbelievable.”
“@djmotwister too bad. Remember, you interviewed me? I thought you were nice. anyway, I should talk to you FACE TO FACE. :)
Due to this, the host (who is actually now based in New York) and his fellow co-hosts have been suspended from the radio show for two weeks without pay.

Today’s Best Music Magic 89.9 has issued an official statement saying:
The management of Today’s Best Music Magic 89.9 does not condone what happened this morning, May 9, 2012 on GoodTimes. As a joke, the 3 DJs started an objectionable hashtag about Charice Pempengco on Twitter. An Apology to Ms. Pempengco shall be made tomorrow morning, May 10, 2012 on the said Radio Show. Furthermore, as self regulation, The DJs involved shall be suspended from boardwork for Two Weeks without pay as consequence of their actions.
I don't know if being controversial is what makes DJ Mo happy. When will he ever learn his lessons?

Update: Mia Bayuga tweet an apology

NO MORE LINING UP TO PAY TERMINAL FEES AT THE AIRPORT

Good News to all airline passengers! Starting August, 2012, passengers will no longer endure the long queue at the airport to pay terminal fees.  That's because starting August, all airport terminal fees will be charged already when you  book your domestic flights as agreed upon by the government and airline companies.

This means that senior citizens, overseas Filipino workers, and others who are exempted from paying the terminal fees will have to comply with the new system and pay the terminal fees in their plane ticket then get a refund later.

Instead of having all passengers line up to pay terminal fees, only those who are entitled to refund will line up for their reimbursements.

MY TAKE ON RAMON "MON" TULFO VS. RAYMART SANTIAGO AND CLAUDINE BARRETO KUYOG INCIDENT AT NAIA 3

Ako personally ayaw ko ng violence and I believe you could not justify a wrong with another wrong.

This is my own opinion at sana po hindi ninyo masamain. Claudine Barreto-Santiago and Raymart Santiago, both of you are public figures/ celebrities in a public place. If I were the one who witnessed your outbursts at NAIA3 Claudine Barreto-Santiago, I'll take not only photos but videos to document the entire incident.

I would not surrender my phone too because it is my personal property. Why would I surrender my iphone 4s for example? Ano siya hilo???? Eh Php 38,500 kaya yan.

Sorry if my opinion is different from yours. But I still hope that the parties involved will forgive one another and move on.

RAMON"MON" TULFO FILED CHARGES AGAINST RAYMART SANTIAGO, CLAUDINE BARRETO ET AL.

Based on the LIVE INTERVIEW OF RAMON"MON" TULFO in Channel 5:

Veteran Journalist and broadcaster Ramon " Mon" Tulfo said that he filed charges of grave coercion and physical injury against Raymart Santiago, wife Claudine Baretto, et al, before at the Pasay City Prosecutor's office after getting involved in an brawl at the NAIA Terminal 3 yesterday, May 6, 2012.

Ramon " Mon" Tulfo said he initially does not want to file a complaint against the Santiago's but changed his mind after an alleged further verbal abuse from Claudine Barreto at the police headquarters following the altercation in NAIA 3.

Ramon " Mon" Tulfo's left and right temples as well as his right jaw are still swollen. He is also complaining of pain in his neck. Tulfo maintained he was the victim in the incident.

The journalist said he only wanted to document and take a picture of Claudine Barreto's alleged outburst at a Cebu Pacific Airline representative after the arrival of their luggage got delayed.

He filed a case of grave coercion against actor Raymart Santiago after the latter allegedly tried to take his cellphone camera from him.

Ramon " Mon" Tulfo also filed charges of physical injuries against spouses Raymart and Claudine Baretto-Santiago, their companion Eduardo Atilano, and several other John and Jane Does

He said airport security is also culpable because he sustained further injuries when they physically subdued him.

FREE RIDES,SKATES, GAMES AT VISUAL MUSIC CARNIVAL

Are you aware that according to statistics there are around four (4) million deaf people in the Philippines alone? And only around one hundred cast their votes during the last election? I hope the government supports them in their quest for public Video Relay Service (VRS)  to be provided in public areas. NOT everyone is aware of the plight of our comrades in the deaf community. I believe that our brothers and sisters who are deaf should have equal chances with everyone and a public Video Relay Service (VRS) will help them a lot.

Do you have Php 150 to spare? I am knocking on your heart please. Yes, I am calling on everyone, please support a carnival-themed fundraising event for the deaf come May 12, 2012 entitled Visual Music Carnival (VMC).  It will be an exciting event packed with fun-filled activities and performances bundled together with the most awesome rock bands in the Philippine music industry. Ms. Bernadette Herrera and her Bagong Henerasyon campaign support this event. This is a truly remarkable endeavor for our hearing and speaking impaired friends.

This charity event will help the Telecommunication Service Network for the Deaf (TSND) Inc., to raise funds to buy at least 5 (five) units of Video Relay Service (VRS) that will help deaf people here in the Philippines.

ABOUT VISUAL MUSIC CARNIVAL

The Visual Music Carnival is a celebration of music, visual arts and extreme sports with a direct cause. It is a fundraising event aimed to provide support to the projects of the Telecommunication Service Network for the Deaf (TSND) Incorporated. Part of the goal is to support the TSND’s public VRS station installation project in communities with a high volume of hearing impaired residents. This will be held annually in venues such as stadiums or fields upon which the stages and other structures are erected.

ABOUT VIDEO RELAY SERVICE

Video Relay Service is an internet powered service that helps deaf people call anywhere and anytime hassle free. A VRS booth comes with a V-Pad.

A V-pad is a touch screen videophone with a camera; it will be bolted in to a wall just like public pay phones. Where in there will be a sign language interpreter on standby during service hours.
To simplify, it’s a videophone with a built-in interpreter that will make the calls for the deaf caller.

Telecommunication Service Network for the Deaf (TSND) Inc., plans on installing these Public VRS stations in different public and private schools within Metro Manila with the most number of deaf students such as:
  • Philippine School for the Deaf
  • Lagro High School
  • Miriam College-Southeast Asian Institute for the Deaf
  • De La Salle-College of St. Benilde
  • and a whole lot more.
